I am a Chartered Accountant and HR professional with more than 20 years’ experience across finance leadership, strategic planning, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and people operations.
My background combines financial control, commercial analysis and practical operational improvement. I have led finance and HR functions in regulated, investor-backed and growth environments, supporting leadership teams through change, due diligence, system modernisation, acquisition integration and business sale readiness.
My experience includes growing a £100m turnover property services group through organic expansion, acquisitions, centralisation of key functions and expansion from 60 to over 100 offices. I’ve held senior and board roles across Financial Services, Property, Agriculture, Manufacturing and Media, and operated my own practice.
I work with owners, directors and senior teams who need clear financial insight, stronger processes and pragmatic support at decision-making level. My approach is analytical, commercially grounded and focused on building systems that make businesses more controlled, scalable and resilient.
